Kogi Notes（以下简称“本应用”）是一个用于浏览课程笔记网站 kogi-notes.pages.dev 的工具。本应用本身不收集、不存储、不分享任何个人信息。
不收集。本应用不需要注册或登录，不内置广告，不内置第三方统计或追踪。它只是在应用内以网页形式打开上述网站。
本应用申请两项权限：
•「网络访问（INTERNET）」：用于加载在线网页内容。
•「查看网络连接状态（ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE）」：用于判断当前是否联网，从而决定加载最新内容还是已缓存内容。
本应用不申请定位、通讯录、相机、麦克风、存储等敏感权限。
笔记网页中可能包含跳转到第三方服务的链接，例如：用于投稿/纠错的 Google 表单、邮件反馈（mailto，会唤起你的邮件应用）、以及 HackMD 等外部页面。点击这些链接会离开本应用，在你的浏览器或相应应用中打开；相关数据的收集与使用受这些第三方各自的隐私政策约束，本应用不参与其中，也不会主动向其传输你的个人信息。是否提交以及提交哪些内容，完全由你自己决定。
此外，网页会从公开 CDN（cdnjs）加载 MathJax 等用于渲染数学公式的脚本资源。
当你浏览网站内容时，托管服务商（Cloudflare Pages）可能按通用做法记录标准的访问日志（如 IP 地址、访问时间、请求的页面），用于保障服务运行与安全。本应用的开发者不会主动收集或出售这些信息。
本应用面向学生与一般学习者，不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会刻意收集其信息。

Kogi Notes (“the App”) is a simple tool for viewing the course-notes website kogi-notes.pages.dev. The App itself does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
None. The App requires no sign-up or login, contains no ads, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking. It simply opens the website above inside an in-app web view.
The App requests two permissions:
• “Internet access (INTERNET)” — to load online web content.
• “View network connection state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)” — to detect whether the device is online, so it can decide whether to load the latest content or cached content.
The App does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, or other sensitive permissions.
The notes pages may contain links to third-party services, such as a Google Form for submissions/corrections, email feedback (mailto, which opens your mail app), and external pages like HackMD. Tapping these links leaves the App and opens in your browser or the relevant app; any data collection and use is governed by those third parties’ own privacy policies. The App is not involved and does not actively send your personal information to them. Whether and what you submit is entirely your choice.
In addition, the pages load scripts such as MathJax from a public CDN (cdnjs) to render mathematical formulas.
When you browse the site, the hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may record standard access logs (such as IP address, time, and requested pages) for operation and security, as is common for any website. The developer of the App does not actively collect or sell this information.
The App is intended for students and general learners. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
